What is your cancellation policy?

We inform our fabric scouting team of the requests and they physically go into the fabric markets around China to see if its readily available, have similar alternatives or if we need to custom produce this fabric with the mill.

Do you provide custom wash, dyeing and other treatments?
Yes, we do lots of custom washes, dyeing, and special treatments like acid wash, stone wash, and garment dyeing. These processes add unique textures and finishes to your products.
Do you preshrink the garments? How can we avoid more shinkage?
Preshrinking is part of our production process to reduce shrinkage risks. To further avoid shrinkage, we recommend using high-quality materials and following proper care instructions, which we can provide with your products.
What Printing Method Do You Use For All-Over Prints?
We are experts in printing and can also do many print styles that other companies cannot do due to our highly specialised partner factories. We use advanced methods like sublimation printing, extra large screen printing, rotary screen printing, digital printing and direct-to-fabric printing for all-over designs. The choice depends on your fabric type and design complexity, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting prints.
What happens if there is an issue with the production?
We will never mislead you in any way and this means never promising that a production run will be defect free. Defects are standard in bulk production, what matters is how you address and rectify these issues.
Whether it’s reworking a batch or adjusting garment construction processes, our priority is ensuring your satisfaction and product quality. We will never charge you for defected items, these will all be reworked so its ok to sell.
How long does the entire process take from design to delivery?
The timeline varies depending on complexity, so it is extremely difficult to give an accurate estimate as it includes many stages including sampling, revisions, and final delivery. Rush orders can also be accommodated with shorter lead times.
Can you do rush orders?
Yes, we offer rush order services for urgent projects. While expedited timelines will involve additional costs, we ensure the same commitment to quality and attention to detail.
These additional costs include hiring additional staff or assigning more resources to the bulk production which will speed up production.
Regarding rush orders, we have previously made an entire collection in less than 3 weeks. However, there are certain situations where rush orders will not be possible if the partner factory is at capacity.

Do you provide warehousing or inventory management services?

Can you pick, pack and ship directly to my customers?
Recently we've expanded the team to be able to provide end-to-end fulfillment, including picking, custom packaging, and direct shipping to your customers via our carriers such as DHL Express, UPS, Fedex to ensure fast delivery from China straight to your customer. For those brands who want a more cost effective option we also provide Special Line shipping which is much cheaper than the big 3. We understand that not all brands want this so in that instance we will ship the bulk production to your warehouse.

Our established relationships and increased volume with global carriers allow us to negotiate competitive shipping rates. We also optimise packaging to save costs which just means instead of leaving gaps and space we ensure that each carton is packed correctly to save the number of cartons shipped.
